This article assesses the investment attractiveness of the agro-industrial complex (AIC) of Krasnodar Krai under sanctions imposed by unfriendly states. It was determined that following the events of 2022, investment in fixed capital in agriculture significantly declined (by 20.5% from 2021 to 2025), and the financial condition of agricultural enterprises in Krasnodar Krai worsened. Key issues remain high depreciation of fixed assets (68.2%), labor shortages, rising short-term liabilities, and declining innovation. The study substantiates the need to adjust the regulatory framework, develop public-private partnerships, and digitalize agricultural education. The proposed measures are aimed at restoring the financial stability of enterprises and creating conditions for long-term investment. It is concluded that the implementation of the proposed policy will improve the investment attractiveness of the region's agricultural sector, even in the face of sanctions pressure and expensive credit resources.
