Abstract

The article reveals working capital management as a strategic factor of "creative destruction" in the economy. The article analyzes how digitalization is transforming liquidity management, turning it into a source of productivity and salary growth. It is proved that the released resources create a cycle of investments in innovation and human capital, changing the paradigm of remuneration.
