Current issues in the development of administrative law science

Abstract

The article examines contemporary issues in the development of administrative law scholarship amidst the digital transformation of public administration, the reform of public authority, and the emergence of administrative legislation. It analyzes key trends in the evolution of administrative law theory and explores challenges associated with the advent of administrative-legal regulation, the digitalization of public administration, and the procedures for transition and citizen protection. The article concludes that there is a need to further develop scientific approaches to improving administrative legislation, taking into account modern social relations and international experience.
