Abstract

This article discusses the concept of digital marketing, the 6D concept as the main path of digital marketing, the advantages of digitalization of marketing tools, the main directions of digital services, as well as the role of artificial intelligence in the digitalization of marketing, the main advantages noted by the heads of marketing departments and enterprises in the implementation of artificial intelligence in their own activities, the evolution of artificial intelligence. In particular, the internal elements of the preparation of materials and models for machine learning and the mechanism of neural networks, and how the organization implements digital services for business in the modern market are touched upon.
