Abstract

The article highlights the main distinguishing features of the regulation of the market of crypto assets and cryptocurrencies, in particular, in Switzerland. The approach to the definition and classification of crypto assets in this jurisdiction is analyzed. Some aspects of taxation related to the circulation of cryptocurrencies are considered.
