Abstract

This article discusses public-private partnership in the southern Federal district, as an example, the Rostov region, Volgograd region and Krasnodar territory. The article also specifies the problems that exist in public-private partnership. The author of the article has developed measures to solve problems, as well as a set of perspectives that will help effectively implement public-private partnership in the southern Federal district.
