Abstract

The article deals with the notion of facilitation and the meaning of a facilitator in the process of developing and making managerial decisions. The formula of "effective decision" is analyzed. The advantages and disadvantages of the use of various technologies of facilitation were identified in the research, as well as the impact of the process of facilitation on the efficiency and effectiveness in the process of achieving tactical and strategic goals.
