Abstract

The article discusses the methodology of operational risk management based on internal reporting. The importance of a systematic approach is emphasized, including incident registration, risk classification, the formation of KRI panels and the introduction of regular reporting. Particular attention is paid to the transition from local solutions to a centralized risk management system that ensures transparency of processes and manageability of threats.
