Abstract

The article analyzes the impact of AI technologies on managerial decision-making processes. The evolution from descriptive to predictive and prescriptive analytics is demonstrated. Features of agentic systems and formats of manager-algorithm interaction are examined. Key implementation risks are identified. The main conclusion: AI serves as a tool to enhance manager competencies rather than replace them, requiring transformation of corporate data culture.
